Why did you choose your profession?

I chose this profession as it aligned with my skills and strengths, but I was also looking for a change and new challenges. After 24 years at IU, I am excited to start this chapter, continuing to grow and learn!

What is your favorite thing about being part of the Hurlow team?

My favorite part is the supportive and positive environment. The team genuinely cares for one another. It makes coming to work every day enjoyable and motivates me to do my best!

What causes are you passionate about?

I am passionate about cancer research and the commitment to advancing our understanding and treatment of this disease.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I love to spend time with my three kids. They are the joy in my life.  I also enjoy anything that gets me outdoors whether it’s napping in a hammock, camping, fishing or just spending 5 minutes to soak up the sun.

What is a fun fact about you?

Due to the weather in February 2021, I bottle fed and raised newborn goats in my bathroom for several months. Frisk (who was blind), Dexter, Mack and Bunny.
