As fiduciaries, we are paid only by our clients, with no commissions or third-party incentives. Our fees are designed to be transparent, scalable, and aligned with the level of complexity and responsibility we take on.

Fees are typically deducted directly from the accounts we manage, though alternative arrangements are available if needed.

Business Owners & Retirement Plan Clients

For clients who own or operate a business, we extend our fiduciary approach to company retirement plans and investment oversight. Pricing is structured to remain flexible while reflecting plan size, complexity, and fiduciary responsibility.
Business & Retirement Plan Pricing
Retirement plan advisory fees:
Typically range from 0.25% to 0.50% of plan assets, depending on:
- Total assets in the plan
- Number of employees
- Plan type and design
- Number of business locations
We charge the same regardless of record keeper or TPA.
Minimum fee: $2,400 per year
Record Keeper Flexibility
We work with most major providers, including – but not limited to – Vanguard, Fidelity, Schwab, American Funds, John Hancock, Transamerica, Voya, Principal, ADP, and others.
Billing Options
Fees can be:
- Allocated across individual employee accounts, or
- Paid directly by the company and treated as a business expense
As with our personal services:
- We do not receive commissions
- We are not paid by record keepers or providers
- Our fiduciary responsibility is clearly defined and documented
